The Big Man of Hedler: Introduction

In summer of 1948, Lon Raines is the butt of every joke as the Operations Head of the newly-minted government agency, the National Agency of Paranormal Investigations. But when his small team receives a desperate cry for help in an Illinois letter, the N.A.P. engages in its first mission. The objective is to find out how to stop a deadly, nigh-unstoppable threat leaving chaos, bodies and fear in the farmlands of America.
